Chiropractors perform adjustments, or manipulation, for the treatment of injuries, pain, changes in function. Conditions that are commonly treated include low back pain, neck pain, headaches, wrist pain, shoulder pain and ankle pain. The provider will use techniques the patient is comfortable with including gentle hands on adjustments, instrument adjustments, soft tissue release and exercises.

FAQ

  • INSURANCE
    • While Dr Watts is not in-network with insurance companies, you will be provided with a Superbill upon request that you are able to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. FSA and HSA cards are accepted. 
  • SCHEDULING
    • The easiest way to schedule is clicking "Book Now" and following the prompts. You can also call or text 816-200-0105. Dr Watts does not have assistants in the office so if you get the voicemail please leave a message and she will get back to you as soon as possible. 
  • PARKING
    • Convenient garage parking is located in the ARTE garage. Park in any spot labeled "Retail Parking" The approximate address to use for the garage is 429 E 20th St, Kansas City, MO 64108. There is also street parking around the building and other lots nearby. 
  • PRICING
    • A typical New Patient visit will cost $100. This includes a detailed consultation, examination and first adjustment. If x-rays are required prior to treatment, you will receive a referral to Diagnostic Imaging Center and an estimate will be provided at that time. A typical returning adjustment visit will cost $50 and generally includes any necessary adjustments, soft tissue release and exercises. For your initial visit, a $50 deposit will be required to secure the appointment. Upon completion of your first appointment, this deposit converts to a credit. If you do not show up to your first appointment or cancel within 24 hours prior to the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. If additional services are necessary that will be discussed prior to the service being completed. 
  • WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST VISIT
    • At each visit you can expect one-on-one care tailored to your condition. Each visit, after your first visit, is scheduled for up to 30 minutes. If you request a shorter visit that can be accommodated. If you arrive and the door is shut, have a seat on the bench in the hall and Dr Watts will be right with you. Dr. Watts performs gentle hands on adjustments, instrument adjusting, SOT and drop technique.
